Eckes-Granini acquires ORANKA – RE Deal Advisory successfully advises seller
With its ORANKA and FRISCO brands, Wolfgang Jobmann GmbH of Hamburg, Germany, is a leader in the field of beverage system solutions with fruit juice concentrates in the catering industry. The beverage concentrates are produced in-house, have won numerous awards and usually have a healthy added benefit.
The owners of the successful company, now in its second generation, decided to sell their shares for personal reasons. RE Deal Advisory was mandated to advise the sellers on the complete execution of the M&A transaction.
Eckes-Granini, Europe’s leading supplier of fruit juices and fruit-based beverages, has acquired 100% of the shares. Wolfgang Jobmann GmbH will remain strategically and operationally independent in the market.
